Would you kind EAF guys mind listing any golf courses in your local area.
I don’t need a huge list, only very close and of a good standard and the nearest town. I am familiar with London and Manchester, Dover and of course some of the favourite ones in bonny Scotland. I’m really looking for the “hidden gems” I could visit and ‘dig up’ (lol joking) 
Abbey Hill is a nice course in Milton Keynes.
Aylesbury Vale not to bad.
Farthingston near Towcester is an absolutely cracking course, damned hard, hilly, long (600+yd par 5’s)
Windmill Hill, again in Milton Keynes is more a summer course, gets very boggy in winter.
Got loads of good ones arond here (The Bedfordshire, Woburn, Pavenham, Denby ), I will get links and post them mate
Lost Plantation in my backyard outside Savannah, Georgia USA, far fly from your area I know. But we do have some of the best Golfing in the States in the Hilton Head Island area and Augusta National
