Change in Campaign

I’ve added an extra to the campaign in the area of promotions.

Everyone starts as a 2nd Lieutenant then:
after 3 missions promoted to Lieutenant
after 6 missions promoted to Captain
after 9 missions promoted to Major

Current Stats have been adjusted to suit

Added a little polish to the stats as well

Hover over your name on the DiD blackboard will pop up a tunic for awards given by PWCG
