    Default Macchi mc72

A few weeks ago, i've received a present by a Friend of mine: we usually say: "To a donated horse, you do not look into its mouth" so, given the poor quality of the plastics, and with a very little detail, I decided to do an experiment using copper sheets suitably worked and glued directly upon the wings. With a thickness of only 0.1 mm, I had to work thinking in negative (left wing for the right piece and the contrary for the opposite part...) incising so that turning over the chiselled material, would have obtained the relief of the design on the contrary, which would then have turned out straight on the opposite wing. The work continues also for the lower and back part of the fuselage, and the respective right and left floats.

    that's the result...

    Bello lavoro!

You can be proud of turning such a bad model into such a beautiful airplane.
