I have put the skins where they should be (paintschemes --> skins) but I have the feeling it doesnt work very well, do I have to install it in another way? (Like paf says, nothing works right away here)

Easy, just start Il2 and look if you can select them. They have a DCG infront, so easy to identify. If they are not there, check the folderstructure. maybe you put them in a subfolder or something like this.

structure should be like this, example is bf110G2:

    il2/PaintSchemes/Skins/Bf-110G-2/DCG_Bf-110G-2.bmp

The poor war build quality of my FW 190 caused the wing to fall off... So not a very lucky mission for me but it was fun, nice map, nice action .

Nice mission But I have a quite strong suggestion: each Bf110 flight must have a human leader. It was impossible to bring in the battle and use in the normal way the AI-guided second flight of Bf110, even by issuing them direct order. Second AI flight is always "too far, too stupid" as stated by Indy.

    Yeah, stupid AI.
Looking at the debrief it shows my wingman got me on my landing-apparoach.
